Fresh out of the kiln! My doggy is done! After getting him out of the bisque kiln, I added a red terra sigillata in 3 layers with burnishing in between. Finally I had him fired to cone 5 overnight. Now he is done and ready to face the world!

About the Artist

Currently I am delving into the relationships that clothing has upon our perceptions. Everyone wears clothes, from traditional costumes of different cultures to the everyday wear.

I want to explore these clothes we put upon our bodies and how they interact with us, exploring textures, cultures, traditions, and subtexts in the process.
